DIY Furniture - What to do with a door.

A friend of mine has an amazing skill of creating awesome furniture for not a lot of money. I just thought I would post some of her projects to show you that it doesn't have to cost a ton of money to look beautiful and unique.

An old door turned into a dining table. What a great idea. With the tile inset you wouldn't have to worry about the wood getting burnt or scratched. Nice!



I think this headboard is timeless and exquisite. Finally a headboard you can make yourself that isn't upholstered. Thank you! Check out her blog for future projects here.

    I love the door used as a headboard. The detail on that one is very cool. And I am right there with you on fitting as much DIY into nap time (and after bedtime) as I possibly can. :)
