I saw this paper banner idea for a party and I love it. Especially when its someones birthday in yor family and you wnat to vamp it up a little with decor but don't have a lot of time or money to spend- all yo need is paper and your sewing machine- amazing how something so little can have such a huge impact! I love these- Bright happy upcycled- you cold even use magazine clippings!
I keep imagining these in black and white for an over the hill party or graduation dinner
